Set on the roadside of the chocolate box village of Georgeham, you are able to walk to the Blue Flagged beach at Putsborough within 30 minutes. There is a season car park pass included for Putsborough which is seen as a family beach, partly down to the water safety and one of the best on the entire North Devon coastline. Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton beaches are all within a 3 mile radius from the cottage allowing further beach choice , all of which are renowned for their surfing . The village of Georgeham offers everything you would want in 2 highly regarded pubs and it’s close vicinity to the village shop. North Devon as well as the beaches has Exmoor National Park to explore and for shopping Barnstaple or Bideford are the nearest market towns. Built in the c. 1860s, this attractive cottage still enjoys many original features. Offering TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin, both located on the first floor. Bathroom: also on the first floor, with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: a good size and offers seating close to the wood burner (first basket of logs included), flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview. Wi-fi included. Kitchen/diner: with tiled flooring, electric cooker with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: no outside space but there is a park across the road for dog walking. Amenities: ample off-road parking in free parish car park a very short walk from the property. Bed linen, electric and night storage heating included. 2 pets by arrangement. Regret no smoking within the property. Location: Putsborough beach 1.5 miles, adjoining shop and good eating pubs all within walking distance
